How long to quarantine for snails?

On Sunday I bought a Paph 'QF Mini' and a Masdevallia erinacea from a local grower, and while bare-rooting I found a snail. I then soaked them overnight in distilled water and currently have them quarantined.

I always bare root plants and soak them to prep for my paludarium, but so far I haven't been quarantining because I don't really have a way to keep plants humid outside of my terrarium (New Mexico humidity levels are brutal).

Now I'm wondering if there's any way to identify/destroy all snail eggs, and if not how long I should quarantine to make sure eggs are dead or hatched? How long should I be quarantining plants in general?

Also, any suggestions on keeping plants from separate growers separate in quarantine? I also had a Den auriculatum I had to pull from the paludarium due to mealybugs and maybe scale, very minimal infestation so hopefully I can clean and save the plant. And I have a big order coming in from Ecuagenera next week...
