Lepanthes cloesii leaf drop/root rot
 

So after a week in my new terrarium, my Lepanthes cloesii suddenly dropped all leaves after they turned red/purple. A new growth basically popped, and all of the roots rotted out. It produced the start of an inflorescence and the new growth all at the end of last week and now it’s completely dead.

Anyone have any ideas, experience with this. This is the first orchid I’ve lost. The others in my terrarium are thriving under the same conditions.
