Fdk After Dark 'SVO Black Pearl"
 

This is my second year to have this plant, and its bloom this year is so much better than its first bloom. This plant is so easy to grow. I just give it tons of water and fertilizer in the summer, and then ignore it once the leaves start to turn yellow, and then a couple months later, I have these beautiful flowers. I love it, and i's so easy. It keeps getting bigger every year. I can't wait to see what it looks like next year.

Last year it had two spikes, but it only had about half as many blooms on each spike, so I think I came out with about the same number of blooms as last year, but I think I like it better like this with all the blooms on one spike.

Lovely plant, and it shows off so well against the light background. Good growing!
