what's wrong with my keiki stem?

the stem is yellow but the leaf is ok and has been ok for 3 days now but it's a bit stunted and the root connected to it is ok even though there is only one root.

keikis are little vulnerable plant-lets...it looks fine to me but i have seen them fail and shrivel up too.
in my experience the leaf usually goes first so i think you will be okay- |
