Black spots on flower buds

The flower buds on my orchid have black spots is it some sort of disease?

I'm guessing that it is just blotches of color on the buds showing through. Is it a spotted phal?

Hi, yes it is, it was already in flower when I bought it so didn’t know what the buds should be like.
