Check the roots. This is usually an indication that they aren’t happy or are already dead. Not all medias work under all conditions. I can’t keep any Oncidiums happy in Promix (no matter how carefully I water) so I immediately repot them to fine bark if that’s what they’re in. You may want to find a different media too. As long as it’s a case of unhappy roots and not rot, your plants should eventually make a full recovery.

If you can take pictures of the plants and media, people may be able to advise you better.

If you do jump into repotting, be gentle with the roots. It’s better to leave dead ones on than accidentally cut live ones.
