My oncidium Jiuhbo Gold pseudo bulbs are wrinkling and spikes are not doing well..I keep it evenly moist but not soggy..what can I do...same with my oncidiopsis Nellie isler Swiss beauty.

Wrinkling pseudobulb is due to the water uptake being lower than that consumed and lost through transpiration. That can be due to insufficient watering (apparently not the case here) or a poor quality root system.

Common reasons for loss of roots can be suffocation or being too cold, while wet.

In any case, unpotting and checking is action #1.
