Phrag longifolium x kovachii temperature

Hello. I'm new here and just got an Incan Treasure (longifolium x kovachii) for my birthday. I wanting to know where I should put him. The upper level of my home is around the low to mid-70s; the lower level stays in the 60s. Both have east facing windows.

Considering the temperature ranges of the parents, it's probably OK either way.
