Bulbophyllum lepidum (First time bloomer)
 

Have had this for a year. 3 more spikes in the background.

It is living mounted on a wood, in my terrarium. 10-15 mins of misting per day, 8am to 8pm photoperiod. 2 fans on all the time except during misting, and 1 big fan on at night just to drop the humidity before lights off.
