The plant appears to be too compact to be Rhyncattleanthe Cherry Kiss as sbrofio suggests.

There is no registered hybrid called Black Cherry Kiss or Black Cherry in the Cattleya alliance. I suspect that 'Black Cherry Kiss' is an apt clonal name or just a marketing name, not a hybrid grex name. Without some additional information I doubt it can be identified.
