Small black specks (lesions?) on phalaenopsis

Hey! First post here...I have several phalaenopsis in my workspace, and have had them all for months (no new plants recently). Today I noticed that one of them has several small black specks at the base of 2 of its leaves. The biggest spot is elongated and slightly raised, like a lesion. Plant otherwise looks happy and healthy. None of the other orchids have spots, and all seem healthy. I can't tell if it's a fungus, a bacteria, or just a bit of damage. I have moved it away from the other plants just in case. Help? Thanks for any ideas!

My guess would be damage; maybe feeding damage from an insect. I’d keep an eye on them but if you don’t see signs of them spreading or expanding, I wouldn’t worry. You might also give your plants a look over for a stray leaf hopper. I’ve had these produce similar damage on mine when they get trapped in the house and turn to my orchids in desperation.
