Brown spots on Paphiopedilum?

It started on the flower but then spread to the leaves. What steps can I take to try and save it? Thanks!

If it's spreading, I'd remove the flower and the affected plant tissue. Use a disposable straight razor or sterilized cutting tools, and immediately discard everything you cut off.

Make sure to keep everything clean. This means using disposable gloves if you have them and/or meticulously cleaning your hands. Don't touch any other plants until you've done so.

From there, you can treat the plant with whatever treatments you have available. You can use disinfectants / anti-microbials, fungicide, or inoculants. Home remedies like hydrogen peroxide, cinnamon spray, listerine, etc might work. Things like Neem may help, though I find it works better as a preventative measure.

As for care, you need to isolate this plant from others and increase air flow around it. Continue to give it good care, but avoid getting water on the foliage. Keep it in quarantine for at least a month or so to make sure that the crud is gone. It's also a good time to reflect on your care/culture and consider if there are opportunities to improve. For instance, maybe you need to be more cautious about splashing water on the leaves, increase air flow, use preventative sprays (like Neem or microbial inoculants), etc.
