I recently visited the market in Taiwan. The displays were amazing. Many of the vendors did not allow photos which was a bit frustrating.

I am like totally bummed that I can't vist a fair like that near here.

Mind you, I'd spend a fortune and then have the problem of where to put them....

wow, I wish I were living in Taiwan! Those prices are amazingly cheap! How can you say no to a good quality orchid for $6???

This might be a stupid question, but why will some of the vendors not allow photography?

I'm clueless as to why some venous didn't allow photography, maybe because too many people would be taking photos not allowing buyers to get space. Personally, I would rather buy from a friendly vendor rather than one who would scowl as soon as they saw a camera.

some of the plants in the photo with the no photo signs could be on the cites list, cant think of any other reason.

could be they don't like too many window shoppers :)

I wouldn't be window shopping if I came across the table in photo 8 though :)
