Should i worry from this yellow string?
Are you referring to the yellow band at the 2nd leaf level? Very carefully pull back the edge of the leaf where it attaches and peek to see if the band goes down further. It may indicate a broken cane or just an aberrant marking.
I looked the cane is fine but now i have found a bit of net down between some leaves at level 1 got read of it. But what is that black ball? http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15...f603e28260.jpg

I will clean tomorrow the leaves with fresh lemon juice and a paper towel. For cleaning the leaves from the remaining webs.
The roundish spot could be scale. Lightly scrape it with a fingernail. If it comes off, looking like a scab, it is scale. If it does not come off...?????
It's like a mole look close it's green looks like plant infection?
Not a scale. it is part of the leaf. like a mole as you say. lol
The yellow part is normal. |
Thank you NYCorchidman:D good thing I didn't really scratch it. I always trying to find a start of separation like in glue tape and not just scratch randomly after not finding i knew it's not scale may be eggs nest that were sting in but have it 3 months and nothing happened so i will go with mole.

To establish some credibility, this is what I thought it might be.

Yeah, those are hard shelled brown scales. They come off easy. There are scales on this dendrobium. ;) |
