I got this plant from a potting workshop over the Summer. Nice nodosa type flowers. The center was a darker brown color when it first opened but it had faded by the time I took the picture.
I don't know anything about the parent Laura Wilks. I haven't been able to find any info on it.

That is really cool, I like it, it's different.

I love yellows! Does this one change colors like the other Mueller crosses?

Thanks everyone. I'm glad you like it.
GThumbz89, the center or eye fadded from a dark brown to a light brown but the yellow, not so much. It was pretty much the same color.

Laura Wilks,

I searched the RHS. and can't find that name or anything close to it, I hope you can find out the name other wise you just have a very nice noid.

Yeah, there's no Laura Wilks, or anything close. But I think what you probably have is Blc. Cecilia Irene (Bc. Richard Mueller x L. aurea). It looks about right. L. aurea somehow became Laura when someone copied a tag, maybe 'Wilks' or something like it as a cultivar name of the L. aurea parent.

PaphManMan you are THE MAN!!! I knew one of you brainiacs on here would know what it was. That has to be it. That did cross my mind for a second.
I just googled the cross and came up with this picture from Orchid Talk. It's almost identical.
Thank you so much. It's really hard to read those old tags. I'm sure someone else in the society will have it. Now I have a name to ask someone. Thanks again.
I actually have another Orchid that's in the same boat from the same potting workshop that I will post in a couple of days.
