Believe it or not, I'm actually a bit disappointed with the color.

When I was on a speaking tour of NC in February, I stopped in Marriott Orchids and Hadley Cash sold me a division (one new. 2 old growths) from the plant, which was blooming with a great deal more red. I attribute the less red to the higher temps this spring and summer.

I put it in s/h culture when I got home, and this is my reward - plus 4 new growths!!!
