Anyone order from ebay vendor: chiaki_ayumi ?
 

Did anyone bid on this seller's orchids on ebay before? She has some Vanda species/hybrid that I am looking for, but most of them were listed as having some Sun damage on the leaves. Also, seller will NOT accept a return plant.
I just don't want to get an orchid that is already on its way to death

If this is an overseas seller, don't bother - most of them do not provide the proper paperwork and your plants will either come in illegally or you'll have the USDA knocking at your door.

As far as I know, she is a daughter's Tom Ritter who has a commercial orchid nursery in Kissimmie, FL. Her plants are AWESOME! Most of my Vandas/Ascdas are from her until she changed her shipping day recently. Since I live in PNW, her shipping on either Tuesday or Wednesday does not give enough day for me to get it by Friday.

BUT, She is highly recommended.

Is the paper work expensive? They are some nice plants over seas, but they aren't cheap if the paper work isn't.

She is a personal friend and I love her. Even though the plants have minor sun damage they are strong and healthy. The only reason that the plants have sun burn is becasue back in january of last year Tom Ritter was in a terrible car accident. He survived, but had many broken bones and is still going to the doctor on a regular basis. His wife Linda is the sweetest thing. I love her. No matter what they find the best plant for you and you will not be sorry. I have ordered from them multiple times and will definatly order from her again. I give her 5 out of 5 stars. She also has a 100% positive feedback. Read the feedback of past customers thoughts. They are all good. I definately reccomend this seller.

I find it frustrating that there are no longer any Canadian orchid sellers on ebay. We have to have the paper work in order to buy anything. It's too expensive.

I got some very nice plants from her, such as a white rhy. gigantea that is still blooming right now! :)

I have made multiple orders from her, and I loooooove everything I have gotten. Everything I have gotten has been twice the value as the average specialty grower or big box store. So far I have bought at least 5 plants from her. She is also a great communicator!
That having been said, none of you go off bidding against me in her next auction.

Nice plants. Came in spikes and flowers!, very nicely packed and fast shipment.

What a wonderful person to do business with. Fairly massive plant that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend her in a minute.
