Phrag Ecua-bess (using besseae ‘Fire Engine’) is in bloom. I took the pics today outside after the rain.

The bloom is about 3 inches across. I think the first photo could have been better focused.

Here's this year's re-blooming of it. It was growing in cooler temps so the bloom is much darker, and quite different actually.

It's just gorgeous Fren. When I saw your pic last year I started the hunt for one. Haven't found one yet, but I'm not giving up. The form, and color are outstanding.
