12th Place tie breaker
 

OK, lets do a quick 1 day poll and pick the 12th place finisher for the 2011 Orchid Board calendar...I was having hard time on this...so lets vote on it again..in case of a tie, I'll pick the final winner ...for those of you that don't know what's going on here...please see this thread before voting

I've voted - difficult choice because I liked two of these and voted for them first time round, didn't like choosing between .....

BTW well done to all the winners and thank you to people who voted for my shot, very pleased with result of my first ever entry in an on line photo comp ( I was picture 8)

I voted! I completely missed the original post about this calendar...I'll have to pay more attention next time because I have lots of photos I'd love to submit. :)

I guess that settles that then...Photo 20 it is.

btw, when I pull the photos from emails I don't look who they come from, just if they meet the size/layour requirements...I still don't know who took what. I'll have to hunt through original emails to match photos with winners for the calendar. I was actually leaning towards that, but the others were nice too, so I needed a bit of help.

Me too, Bob. I loved the orange flower colour, quite unusual - I have no idea on the species, though. Can the owner of the shot tell us what it is, please?

I second this question. When is the 2011 calendar available?

I noticed one in the store labeled 2010 with individual pictures for each month labeled 2011 but the images were not the ones that won this years voting. Is this a mistake?

I think marty is still working on it. i assume he has been busy with the OCD

No, I don't think that it's a mistake. In previous years the new calendar is also available with the previous year's photos, since there is some demand for it. That one must already be up since there's not much to do to it except change the dates!
Now we just have to patiently wait for Marty to find some time to finish up the 2011 calendar.

What is a calendar print? Is it like one page of the full calendar?

It's one of the photos for the entire year, you have all 12 months below the photo. I prefer the one pic a month calendar!!
