I was designated shopper this afternoon for two guys i work with . they wanted to buy a orchid for thier mom and wife next week. they would not know the difference between a orchid and a crabapple tree. so here is the one for the wife

I love the lime color of the Popcorn with the speckles and dashes of pink. :nod::Tup:
I never cared for the vieniness of the B.K.s despite the fact that I have one myself but the hybrid 'Melon' has the subtle colors melted together without the harsh lines. :D

Dennis meant that they wouldn't know an orchid from any other plant .. crab apple trees don't give off very edible fruit .. tart and dry at best!

yes that is what i meant here is a picture of one that did not get damaged by the late snow we had (snow is white stuff that falls from the sky when it gets cold)

sorry they are a ornamental flowering tree the birds love the crabapples. they come in red, white ,pink . the one in the picture is named golden raindrops and the leaves have a slight yellow tint to them making it look somewhat golden in color. we have 8 of them along the property line in all colors they bloom in the spring
