anyone every buy from someone named polka? i see them on our classifieds page, but they arent registered. any background info

He offered to buy one of my plants, but then I never heard back from him.

how can he post classifieds without being a member? anyways, the pics look enticing, not to mention the great prices, but i dont know if i can trust him

he's showing one deal pending with another member...why not contact that member and see how the deal is going.

I've bought plants from Polka, and was completely satisfied. He is a member of OB (and must be a member to post an ad). Friendly guy and nice generous divisions. I'll buy from him again in a heartbeat if I see something I like.

I'm finding him on the member list. He's been a member since 2008, just doesn't post a lot.

I just noticed this thread.
I clicked on the link above -- don't know why I'm not appearing as registered.

Regardless, I am an overseer for a private collection. I am not a vendor. I use rexorchids to differentiate from my other email addresses. I have a profile you can read any time, which shows my "qualifications."

Thanks for the positive notes from other respondents on this thread.

I hope to continue coming to this board -- I think this is the best one of the lot on the internet.

Quiltergal--am waiting on a sale to go thru--I may be an overseer to a private collection, but I don't have alot of cash to play with -- when this sale is final, I certainly hope to get back to you. Since our correspondence, I had a trade that spends cash for shipping, but no income to balance it out. Excellent trade with "orchidtrader" should any have the opportunity to do so.
