Wow! It's hard to believe that something like that hasn't been registered.

This is mislabeled. I have the same plant with similar look. If we research the parents, Phal leopard Prince is a French spots. Phal Ching Ann Angel is a large white red lip. There is no 'harlequin' type of breeding from Phal Golden Peoker in either parent. So the result should not have beet-purple spots to this plant's name.
