Received this today, Rhynchovola Aka's Cricket. It's got a pretty good root system (currently wrapped in a wet paper towel to rehydrate a bit)
How should I pot it? I can mount it, or pot it in LECA or coconut husk chips. It seems to be newly deflasked, so I plan to grow it indoors under lights at least for a while.
Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Orchid Board has a feature in the top maroon menu Quick Links - Today's Posts which I thought showed all recent posts. It seems it only shows some of them.
A small seedling with few roots can dry out rapidly. Use something that is water-retentive, or be prepared to water frequently.
If you mount it, be prepared to water it several times a day until it grows a lot of new roots, and then every day after that.
If you use LECA, you likewise will need to water 1-2 times a day until it begins making more roots.
In coconut husk chips (CHC) you probably won't need to water every day.

You should also keep it in a VERY humid environment while it gets established. If, as you suspect, it has recently been deflasked, it has grown in a saturated environment, so will need to "harden off" a bit.
