I've posted about this plant before, also about the repotting subject, but now that new roots are starting to show I need your sugestions about repotting.
The problem is that this plant do whatever it wants (they all do, don't they?).
Trying to make it up straight didn't work and it made things even worse.
To simply repot it in a bigger pot will cause the new growths to be buried.
I have considered to divide it but I'm not sure if it will solve my problem.
This is in the same pot that it was when I bought it, almost 3 years ago. Since it was doing great (and still is) I decided to keep it in there. Probably the root system inside the pot is dead, being the plant supported by the hanging roots.

It seems to be an older plant because it has two thick "trunks", each one with a cut, probably from previous divisions.

Sugestions on how to repot (or waht to do) will be welcome.
