Holcoglossum kimballianum repot or mount?

Hi, Should I repot this plant or mount it? I've had it for 1 year so I think it's time for a change. I have been growing 'chids for 30+ years & have about 330 but this one is new to me.

Also, there are variegated spots on 2 of the leaves. Is that normal or do I have a problem?

I don't know anything about how to grow this one, sorry. But those spots don't look right to me. I'll give you a bump hoping some one with experience will chime in.
