For make this phalaenopsis bloom not watering for 2 weeks. Luckly I saved it fast enough to recover from the trash bin.

Maybe I am misunderstanding, but a dry period will not make a phalaenopsis bloom. It will make it consume itself.
Most phals respond to seasonal temperature changes.
