Vanda Pure's Wax basket size
Default Vanda Pure's Wax basket size
I have a V. Pure's Wax seedling and I'm trying to decide what size basket to plant it in. I've got an 8" basket and a 10" basket. It looks better in the 8" basket right now, but I'm not sure how large the leaf span will be once it matures. Does anyone know how large the leaf span gets on this one?

Big.

But the 10 inch / 25cm basket might deteriorate before it needs such a large basket. Many people use the smallest basket that fits, and when that falls apart, set the whole thing into a new basket without removing from the old basket.
