Thanks. I'm very happy with mine. I think I will divide it and put half on bark and half in a pot. There are a total of 11 pseudobulbs and two active growths. We'll see how that comes out.

Bil -- yours looks like it is doing well and it seems to take after the mariae side a bit more. I'm new to this, mine lists (mariae x citrina) so the mariae is the pod parent, right? Would it still be a Marina if it were the other way around? Would that make the difference or are we just seeing the wonders of genetic combination? Either way, bummer about the fragrance.

Yeah, it is a pretty flower, and a bit different to the conventional orchid flowers, so that's nice.
I have no idea what the fragrance is down to.

(mariae x citrina) and (citrina x mariae) are both Marina. The original registration of the hybrid will specify how that cross was made, but the reciprocal always has the same name. And yes, pod parent should come first. There are cases where pod parent can predominate for certain traits but we can't make that generalization here. We can't begin to guess normal range of variation based on the pictures here, but it doesn't seem unusual .
