Default How long can avoid repotting this Oncidium/Brassia NOID?

it's potted kokedama-style, so repotting it will be an event that could take some time and would need to be done correctly. i'm confident i can do it, but it will be trickier than other orchid potting i have done thus far. i just don't want to do it until i really have to.

the plant is happy as is - blooms every year and produces larger foliage and pseudobulbs annually without losing any of the older leaves and bulbs - definitely content as is. but i have had it for over a year and i have no idea when it was first potted or how long it will stay happy for if i delay...

can anyone advise the outside window for repotting a large brass/onc NOID, or signs to look for indicating urgency?
