Help!!! Repotting a Oncidium Orchid infested with snails!

Hello everyone,

2 days ago, I repotted my orchids and saw some snails in the root (that's why one of the pseudobulbs rotted). I removed the rotted one, took out the snails and spray the orchid roots with Hydrogen peroxide.
Then I repotted it with new medium. I don't know if I buried the pseudobulbs too deep into the medium. One of the old pseudobulbs was sinked into the medium, and only 1/3 of it was above the ground. Is it ok or I have to take out some of the medium to prevent rotting bulb?
