Orchids are tough. They will probably live through 3-4 weeks in a box, but they will be weak and in need of a lot of care when they arrive.
If you import officially, it should not take that long, but it is expensive with clearing and phytosanitary inspection. I am guessing that you are trying to import unofficially to save on the costs; it is up to you whether you want to risk the plants arriving in poor condition and requiring 1-2 years to recover.
PS. Have you considered joining a local orchid society, so you can learn from other growers how they access more interesting plants?
