Default Dendrobium phalaenopsis pink should I repot?

So my dendrobium was in bloom at 09.14 for 5 months and the it went into a dormancy period now it's back from march it's growing every month or two weeks but one can is bit Brown I water only once in two weeks in friday it's the next watering. But should I do something to my grendma were one that relly was Brown and mushhy without roots so we separate the keiki. Know in this case your suggestions will be most appreciate.

It looks OK now. I would not separate now. Let it grow bigger. Maybe next spring.

Friend, if you want to grow a dendrobium, media must dry in one day not in two weeks.
