So... Should I repot or not?
I'm not sure if this kind of dendrobium has a dormancy period or not 4 months ago it lose off a lot of its leafs so only this green stamp left I bought it on september 14 and I don't know the condition of the roots but today I sew a green dot of a new leaf so what should I do? The bloom picture is from the time I bought. Blooming last 4 months. Todays It's in 27 celsius degrees. Any special suggestions?

OK, I know I'm paranoid, but I always repot every orchid as soon as I get it home. I might cut the bloom's lifepan short, but I tend to think about the next year. If that hard cane is in unsuitable medium when you buy it, then repotting might save its life.
Personally I would repot in a wide, shallow dish not more than 4 inches deep, and I would use fine bark or a fine bark/coir mix.
If it is a little wobbly when you have repotted, then put a rock over where the roots are to steady it.
Some laugh at me for using wide pots, but my point is this. I get a damn fine display when the spikes come the following year. You get half a dozen canes in a pot, you can have a lot of spikes. I have a 25cm pot with 15+ spikes, and a 32cm pot with 30+. They should look pretty good this year.
That bud looks like a keiki, a baby plant. I leave them till the roots on it are long enough to feed it, and then carefully cut it off, and replant. Put in in a big pot with its parent plant and you will be on your way to a nice display.

It looks like a Den-phal type, which don't want a rest period.
