Phalaenopsis, should I repot?

Hi, this is one of my phalaenopsis. I repot her a little bit less tan a year ago and did some holes in the plastic pot for a better ventilation of the roots, but now she looks like the tower of Pisa and she has several aerial roots, so should I repot her or should I wait?

Since it is close to a year since you repotted her and she is actively growing now you should be able to be repotted now. Just watch the kiekie that is on the top of the spike that you don't bust it off till it gets about 3 roots on it that are about each 2 to 3 inches long. Leave the aerial roots growing in the air as you repot it also. Hope this helps, happy growing!
