Hello Everyone!

I am currently repotting my phal orchid, and notice there were two orchids in one pot. I was wondering If these roots are find or if should trim some more? Do I only trim off the roots that are dark brown and feel like paper?

Thanks in Advance!!

Looks like you got any that might be dead on the first. I see some questionable ones in the second pic.

Papery or mushy should go.

So as I was lifting the orchid, the only leaf fell off. Does this mean that it will die? This is the one with the most flowers.

98% chance it's dead now. If you only water the roots 2 percent chance the inflorescence may throw a keiki out.
