Need help repotting this before I destroy it. I had to break open the pot I have let it soak for 1.5 hours and cut off dead leaves and old bulbs slowly buy shorly taking out the old medium and separating the roots. I keep putting it back in to soak and doing the same . How much longer should I let it soak? And I'm having a tough time separating the roots, I would Like to keep this as 1 plant Can anyone help me with next steps or other options I may have?

Personally I would put it in a wide shallow pot NOT TOO DEEP, and pack around it with bark.

The problem with bigger pots is that they tend to get deeper and that makes it more difficult for air to penetrate.
