I buy my bark and moss from a respectable orchid nursery (Plantae in my case). They offer different sizes of bark, which is very nice.
Here is a list of SAOC (South African Orchid Council) affiliated societies, contact one closest to you and ask them about where to get supplies Affiliated Societies | Affiliated Societies
If you live close enough to become a member of one of them, I definitely recommend that!
