Den. phalaenopsis change potting media?

I purchased a Den. phalaenopsis few weeks ago with spike,blooms are almost done but 4 more spikes are growing. Plant appears happy and a new cane shoot is growing, but, the plant cane potted in what it looks like soil to me. Plant has been inside my home, but eventually will go into my greenhouse which is hot and very humid (70% plus). So far I soak the pot in water once per week.

Question: should I repot it to change the media? all my orchids in greenhouse are in orchiata mix and if so, when?
Everything I read says no soil. Photos attached.
