I would also recommend repotting it now because the new shoots will grow fast and your current pot does not have enough space for the maturing growth to properly sit on.
The new growth will develop a pseudobulb of the same size as the one it is attached to. See how big it is and how there is not enough space for a pb of that size to sit on?

It is time to give it a new home, a larger one.
While it is in active growth like it is now, it also adjust to the change the best.
