Vanda Sanderiana. What to do??

I just wanted to give an update on this plant. Hausermann's replied to my email saying that they have other sanderiana's but the root system would only be marginally better cause they lose most of their roots during winter and come back with a new root system during the warmer months........ok. we all now that's not true. they told me that they would replace the plant if it doesn't grow new roots within two months. Right now it's growing a new fat root after following ray's advice of soaking it in kelpmax for an hour everyday for three days then going to a monthly application. It triggered one root to start growing quite rapidly and keeping it warm under fluorescent lights is helping it recover.
