Default mix for repotting Ludisia and Anoectochilus?

Quick question-I was planning on re-potting my Ludisia discolor and Anoectochilus chapaensis. What is a good mix? Or should I stick with sphagnum moss?

Many at my orchid society seem to just be planting these in a loose mix of potting soil with added perlite. I'm not sure what the best mix is, though.

I am soooo not the person to advise on this, other than to say I had trouble with Ludisia in 'regular' potting mix, but seem to be ok so far (around a year) with sphag and perlite.

Hopefully others can chime in with recommendations!

Thanks for the recs. I'm trying a mix of coconut coir, lava rock, sponge rock and a tiny bit of sphagnum moss in bonsai pots. I should have re-potted them sooner (no roots). Hopefully they will stop sulking.

I don't know Anoectochilus chapaensis, but I grow Ludisia discolour in a mixture of potting compost, fine bark, and perlite. It can be grown much like a house plant in many ways.
