My little walmart rescue I got has what looks like mold in it's pot. I made air holes in the clear plastic pot but I think it was too late and mold grew. I had planned on repotting as soon as it dropped its blooms but.... The darn thing just did great! New leafs, spike growth, etc
Should I repot? Will repotting hurt the spikes and leafs?

You have healthy roots so your orchid should be fine. You might, however, want to re-pot your phal and, perhaps, find a type of pot that allows a little more air around the roots. I grow most of my phals in either lava rock or New Zealand Sphagnum moss (or a combination of the two) with basket-type pots set in clear plastic containers. Most people use bark but I don't like picking bits of bark off the roots of my orchids when re-potting.

That is a pretty pink color!
