Default clear or non clear pots?

Hi all!
new here.

I was wondering for Dendrobiums and Cambrias do you need clear or non clear pots?

It doesn't really matter, whatever you prefer. I personally like clear pots so I can see the roots and know when to water.

Either one is probably ok. I tend not to get the clear pots as they just get overgrown with algae and you cant see in anyway.

There's that ...

I put Phals into clear pots, because I've always had trouble getting the watering right, and seeing the roots helps. I use cache pots to keep down algae growth.
