DIY wire pot thing

I'm still pretty inexperienced with caring for Phals, and would quite appreciate having them in pots that let me monitor the roots more closely than I can with the plastic pots. So I thought I'd try some wire baskets.

Here's my current attempt, still in progress



based on this pattern (it's in Japanese, but the pictures are very helpful)

I'm going to need to get some smaller wire for the horizontal bars, though.

(also I need to redo the bottom part, which I wanted to have raised, unlike in the tutorial, to be more suitable for Phal roots)

I also might add at least one more vertical bar, since I accidentally put 7 instead of 8, and it looks like there are too few.

I hope you have a high humidity level, or are willing to water pretty frequently!!!
