Default Coelogyne Usitana Repot Ok?

Just making sure I did ok! On advice from Bud, and getting more info from the grower, I removed my coel. usitana from its mount and got it potted up. Just want to make sure that I have it potted to the right depth. I buried the rhizome and have left some of the upper roots exposed. I knew the roots on this thing would be fine, but removing it from the spaghnum moss on the mount was a bit more of a challenge than I expected because it was sometimes hard to tell what was root and what wasn't. Thankfully, the roots look good. Nothing mushy or bad in there.

Here's what it looks like now:

I can still raise it up a bit and the stake is just in there for watering purposes.

Thanks for the help!

Nevermind. I think I figured out what I did wrong. Something about this repot was not sitting right with me, I raised the plant up a bit higher so that the bulbs were out of the medium and more root was exposed.

This plant is rough for me because I can't seem to find much information about it on the internet at all. It's REALLY new to the hobby. It was just identified for the first time in like 2001 and I'm unfamiliar with coelogynes as a whole, so I'm not sure what's out there that has similar growing habits so that I can borrow culture from those plants. When I search for most plants on OB, I will find 50 or so threads on them, but with the coelogyne usitana, it's maybe twelve. So… it looks like I'm a novice orchid grower in uncharted territory. This could be interesting!

Thanks anyway!
