Default How to repot/split these?

See my other post for ID's to see the plants...they need repotted and I'm hoping to take part of them back to NJ with me (I'm in Ohio visiting my parents). Should I go by where the bloom spikes are? That would be a section that will keep growing new leaves/pb's, right? There are a few spikes in each pot.

I will let others identify those, but basically you need to take them out of their pots and divide yourself a piece with at least 5 pseudobulbs. If you wanted to you could divide up the whole plant into pieces like that and put a few in each new potting. Or you can just remove a piece for yourself, and repot the remainder as a specimen.
