Generally, I don't bother. Assuming we're talking about the Greencare brand, the MSU RO and K-Lite formulas are designed to give a solution pH in the 5.5-6.5 range. I use a metering pump, so make a concentrate of several pounds at a time, and it has been so uniform, I don't even check it very often.
However, they do add citric acid to the powder to enhance the solubility, and they aren't the most uniform powders in the world, so some smaller samples of the powder from the bag or jar can result in a pH a bit lower. It's really nothing to be concerned about, as citric acid is a weak, organic acid that is overwhelmed by interactions with the plant and medium.
