Single pbulbs may not do well. You can leave them as they are, or take divisions of 3 pbulbs. Most epiphytic orchids do have the habit of growing somewhat vertically - more pronounced in some.
She stills have room, leave it alone. WhiteRabbit: I have one onc. I noticed something wrong with a pbuld I looked very closely and found scales or a fungus located very low, do you know if scales can get in there, in oncs.? norma
I agree it still has room, but if it was in the same medium for 3 years plus there is a good chance the medium is breaking down. Also the pot doesn't seem to have really good drainage. I would repot in a slotted clear plastic pot of similar size. The condition of the roots would help determine the size of the pot. If the roots are good the same size is probably OK. If they are not you may want a more shallow pot or put packaging popcorn in the bottom.
Here is what I ended up with. I removed only one of the bulb since it was the only one growing in the opposite direct of the other. I know it might not servive but it will be an experiment.
