I bought a new basket for my clothes pegs and was looking at it on my bench and it crossed my mind that it might make a good basket for some orchids(isn't it sad that even when thinking about hanging washing my mind ends up at orchids LOL ) So what do you think? I'm not sure that they are UV treated but it would be under cover anyway so would be out of the sun. Maybe worth a try to see how long it will last. I have some stanhopea that need to be potted and the holes are big enough for stanhopea spikes. I have had a lot of trouble getting small hanging baskets, can only get huge ones so thought these might be good for things needing smaller ones, plus they have little legs so out of flowering season i can sit them on a bench if needed.
