Repotting Fdk. After Dark

I have had Fdk. After Dark for two years. Last year put out one lovely spike. This year TWO spikes. The flowers have gone and there are only two leaves left on bulb. When is good time to repot? Before new growth starts or when roots are showing?

Most orchids do better being repotted as new root growth starts.

Sounds like it's going dormant. I don't repot my Ctsms until I see the new growth's roots starting to appear.
